Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead Movie Review

Click on the link above to be led to the movie "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". It is one of those movies that you should watch. I have a few of those. Some for ethical reasons like everyone should in their life watch "Schindler's List" to relate to the horror of the Holocaust. Or some movies for the humorous reasons like "Nacho Libre" or "The Princess Bride." Others for film classic appreciation like "You Can't Take it With You" or anything really with Jimmy Stewart. Some movies are for education, some for entertainment and a precious few are to help you change your life for the better. "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" is one of those kind. The kind to help you have a better life. An inspirational film that not just makes you say "good for them" but makes you say, "I should do that" or if you are really crazy "I will do that." It is about 2 different guys, from two different countries deciding to juice with a juicer to detox their bodies and then they keep going until they have lost over 200 pounds combined and be able to be free from their auto-immune illnesses as well as all of their meds that they were chained to for years. There are a few movies that fall into "change your life" movie list under food. Since food is a part of our daily life forever it seems like it would be a good thing to know a few things about. Here are a few of my all time favorites that are on Netflix or can be watched online as well. "Food Matters" and "Food Inc." and "The Future of Food" and of course the best one of all if you have kids in the public school system "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" tv show Season 1 (there was no season 2 as the US Government freaked out with what he showed the American public and he was not so welcome in our schools anymore.) ANYWAYS - Just wanted to recommend these movies if you are overweight or sick or take any meds at all. Following the path that these movies lead you on will save you tons of money in doctors, meds and hurtful food. That's my tip for today, t:)
