Tracy Talks 2U about Gluten/Wheat Free - Caisen/Dairy Free Meal Ideas
I don't usually put my episodes up on the blog but I thought maybe a few people who do searches for Gluten Free food ideas on Blogs would find this helpful for their lives. I never thought I would be a granola mom. Really, I lived in California, we surfed, we liked hippie things. But never the funny hemp smell or no shower deal. We even owned a 60s Volkswagon Bus that was white on top and bright blue on the bottom. I also drove a bright yellow 60s convertible bug. We had lots of hippie friends over the years (you know who you are;), but us? No. We didn't really role like that. We didn't take vitamins, eat organic and horrors we did not even recycle. But then somewhere along the way when my friends Lorna and Phil from England were telling me tips for health and natural ways to live off of the earth, somewhere along the way I felt like maybe, just maybe God was placing these mult. friends in our path to help us. I started to try. I took a vit. or two. I bought organic once. I even put a recycle trash can in our kitchen to appease our begging children who had been indoctrinated at school to do so. Now fast forward and here I am: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Organic, recycling (for the most part), and giving advice from Trader Joes. This is to say that life is a journey and sometimes you don't think you are a certain kind of person but then over time you find, well, I guess you are that type of person, at least for now - and that is okay :) At least my mind is now hippie to go with my long hippie hair!

If you can't view this video go to www.youtube.com/tracytalks2u maybe you will have some luck that way. I also recently took a trip to Washington DC and have some tips about visiting the free Air and Space museum, The Capitol building, The Washington Monument and where to catch a great horseback ride - www.youtube.com/tracytravels
